This is a beginner class - no tufting experience is necessary!
Join Tim Eads in his online workshop and use tufting machines to create rugs by hand. During the seven part workshop, he'll cover the basics of building a frame, setting up the primary tufting cloth, threading, and working the tufting machines.
You'll begin by creating your own rug design and will also learn how to cut, glue, and finish a rug for use on the floor or as a wall hanging. Making the workshop available for online viewers has been a dream of mine since the beginning of Tuft the World. It’s been a personal mission of mine to make tufting a world wide accessible art medium.
